Padma Odzer Choeling Secondary School

The school was started in 2001. It started a building and a few students. Now it has grown into a Secondary school with all the latest facilities. It is affiliated to the C.B.S.E Board, New Delhi. Children come from all parts of Sikkim and presently the school has an enrolment of 400 children. The school was formally inaugurated by Ambassador of Switzerland His Excellency Walter B.Gyer on 6th April 2003.

Open School System of Education

This system of education is especially meant for weaker students who are unable to pass high school examinations in one sitting. Open school provides opportunity for the students to complete their school examinations in several sittings. This system has given the disadvantaged children opportunities to pursue their higher studies.

Children Village

This is the hostel for Boys and Girls with two separate complexes. This Children Village is managed by a team of dedicated staff. Presently the Children Village has 12 supporting staffs and a supervisor staff each for boys and girls hostel. The Children Village is well equipped with all the modern basic amenities.

Neykung Lee / Grandmother's house

To accommodate the children closer to the main campus construction of Nyukung Lee was completed in the year 2020 and was formally inaugurated on the 4th of April 2021 by Mrs.Ursula Schopfer, President, COSF, Switzerland in the presence of Padmashri Keepu Tsering Lepcha, Mrs. Ok Sonam Paljor, Chaireperson, HDFS and other esteem members of the HDFS Board. The new building takes care of 45 smaller children. The facility is a short walking distance from the school.
