He heads the organization in close coordination with the HDFS Board. He oversees the daily activities of the school and other projects i.e. identifying area of improvements, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity, financial planning, budgeting and reporting, He represents the organization as and when required and works in close coordination with Government of India, Government of Sikkim and COSF Board in Switzerland.
